Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

At BestoAI.com, we strive to provide excellent services to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations may be necessary. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • For SaaS Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
  • For Website Development & Custom Software Projects: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, work may have already begun, and cancellations may not be possible.
  • For eCommerce Orders: Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on the nature of the service or product purchased:

  • For SaaS Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly or annual subscriptions once payment has been processed.
  • For Website Development & Custom Software: Due to the nature of custom development work, refunds will only be provided if the project has not started. If work has begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.
  • For eCommerce Orders: Refunds will only be processed if the product is defective or incorrect. Customers must request a refund within 7 days of delivery with valid proof.

3. Refund Processing

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

Refunds or cancellations will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to use the service after purchase.
  • Delays due to customer unresponsiveness in project-based services.
  • Change of mind after a service has been delivered or a product has been used.
