Cancellations stop future billing cycles; however, no partial-period refunds are provided.

- You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
- You did not receive service access after payment confirmation.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. No Refund Cases
- User dissatisfaction due to preference changes or expectation mismatch.
