1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or service anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing contact@bestoai.com.

Cancellations stop future billing cycles; however, no partial-period refunds are provided.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive service access after payment confirmation.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

4. No Refund Cases

  • User dissatisfaction due to preference changes or expectation mismatch.
  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
